Euro Ejendomme is an owner-managed real estate investment company with extensive investment and asset management experience, earned through more than 30 projects in the German real estate market.
Established in 1997, the company today primarily offers management of investment property projects in Germany.
Mr. John T. Jensen is the founder of the Euro Ejendomme group and chairman of the supervisory board. He holds a degree in business administration and has been active in the real estate business for more than 20 years.
In 2006 Euro Ejendomme established its presence in Frankfurt with Euro Ejendomme AG, to improve the coverage of German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), get in touch with business partners in the German real estate sector and to secure new property investment deals.
The ongoing administrative management role is taken on by Mrs. Anita Wang Christiansen, who is CEO of Copenhagen-based Euro Ejendomme A/S. Mrs. Wang's experience spans many years as an asset management executive in the banking and finance sector’s real estate financing activities.
Euro Ejendomme has 9 employees, among them German and Danish lawyers, business administrators, civil engineers and architects. Almost all areas of real estate business are covered by this highly skilled team: property appraisals, due dilligence, financing, asset management, property management.
